Education
Formal training is a prerequisite for Certification and the Institute offers the following Syllabus.
In accordance with the requirements of the NZ Charter of Health Practitioners, the syllabus has predetermined levels of progress before reaching a fully Certified Therapist. This process of education can be undertaken over any amount of time but would take a minimum of 2 to 3 years to achieve. The Institute is gradually building its own courses structure, in keeping with it's unique aspect of Natural Healing, which will eventually provide an approved syllabus.
STAGE 1

 FOUNDATION CERTIFICATE
Designed to provide practical knowledge of Light & Colour Therapy using a Bioptron Linear Polarised Light, Colour lenses and Programme Manuals.

Held over 3 separate days of 8 hours to provide
24 units.

Covers Basic full spectrum treatment; Use of Colours individually or as a schedule; Ethics and Patient Care; Case Assessment; Record Keeping
and Practical workshop.

STAGE 2
ADVANCED CERTIFICATE
A 2 day course on Case Assessment.
Investigates the linking of symptoms to the
most probable causes and the ability to
determine the best course of Light or Colour
treatments.

the Institute's major tutor,
courses for 2012 are in abeyance.
Full course notes comprising over 80 pages are provided.
Attendees are responsible for providing their own lunches but tea/coffee/juice is available.
